These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website workready.tech ("Website") and services provided by Techdab LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using our Website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

WorkReady.tech is a consulting service that provides general informational guidance and document preparation assistance for:

  • Business entity formation in the United States (LLC, Corp)
  • Bank account opening assistance (Mercury, Relay, etc.)
  • Payment processor setup (Stripe, Paddle, LemonSqueezy)
  • Visa petition preparation support (L1A, EB1A)
  • Academic mobility consulting (J1, F1, OPT, STEM OPT)
  • Developer account registration (Apple, Google)

We help based on real, first-hand experience. We went through this process ourselves — registered an LLC in Florida, opened bank accounts, set up Stripe and Paddle, launched a product in the App Store, and built a SaaS platform with paying clients. That hands-on knowledge is what we share with our clients, without the overhead of a law firm.

2. We Are Not a Law Firm

Techdab LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or counseling.

No information provided on this Website, through our AI assistants, via email, phone, Telegram, or any other communication channel constitutes legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in our communications creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Techdab LLC.

We strongly recommend that you consult with a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, or other qualified professional for advice specific to your situation before making legal, tax, or business decisions.

3. Working With Licensed Attorneys

For services that require legal expertise — such as visa petition preparation, immigration filings, and complex corporate matters — we connect our clients with independent licensed attorneys who specialize in the relevant area of law.

These attorneys operate independently from Techdab LLC. Any engagement with a referred attorney creates a separate attorney-client relationship directly between you and the attorney. Techdab LLC does not supervise, control, or take responsibility for any legal advice or representation provided by these professionals.

Attorney fees are charged separately by the attorneys and are not included in our service pricing.

4. Immigration Services Disclaimer

No guarantee of outcomes. The approval of any visa petition, work permit, green card, or other immigration benefit is at the sole discretion of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, or other relevant government agencies. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, approval, processing time, or result.

Not affiliated with any government agency. Techdab LLC is a private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. All applicants may apply for immigration benefits directly through official government channels (uscis.gov, travel.state.gov) without our assistance.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner to our requests for documents or information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and immigration status. Any actions you take based on information provided by our services are at your own risk.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Government filing fees (state filing fees, USCIS fees, etc.) and attorney fees are paid separately and directly.

The deposit is non-refundable. It covers the time and resources allocated to begin working on your case. If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to circumstances on our end, the remaining balance will not be charged. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant agency.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors will be corrected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, design, code, logos, and graphics, is owned by Techdab LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Documents prepared specifically for you (Operating Agreements, business plans, etc.) become your property upon full payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
