Refund Policy Summary
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase for unused credits
- Partial refunds calculated based on unused credits only
- Free credits have no monetary value and are not refundable
- Refunds processed through Paddle, our payment processor
This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases for WorkReady ("Service"), provided by LLP Techdab. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
1. Credit-Based Refunds
WorkReady uses a credit system where each credit allows you to download one professional CV. Refunds are handled based on credit usage:
- Full refund: If you haven't used any purchased credits within 14 days of purchase
- Partial refund: If you've used some credits, you can receive a refund for unused credits within 14 days
- No refund after 14 days: Refunds are not available after 14 days from purchase date
2. Free Credits
The free CV credit provided to new users is not eligible for refund as it has no monetary value.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@workready.tech with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Number of credits you wish to refund
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Refund Calculation
Partial refunds are calculated based on the per-credit price of your purchased package:
- 5 Credit Pack (€9): €1.80 per unused credit
- 10 Credit Pack (€15): €1.50 per unused credit
6. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of:
- Suspected abuse of the refund policy
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Technical issues that we resolved or offered to resolve
7. Disputes
If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving issues fairly.
